- My name is Nick Berardini. I am a young filmmaker based in Columbia, Missouri. I graduated from the University of Missouri Broadcast Journalism School and played basketball for the University of Missouri for four seasons. During my time at Mizzou, I always believed I would have a future in sports. However, when I began my work as a student reporter at the NBC affiliate KOMU in Columbia, I was still playing basketball, and therefore could not jump right into sports journalism. I soon found my niche doing investigative reporting, and opened my own production company after graduation to pursue my true passion: filmmaking. Now, I have taken all my energy and put it into my first film about taser use in North America. Keep posted for news and updates about the film!
